I live in Wisconsin with

hellsop and our two kitties from Happy Endings No Kill Animal Shelter, Natalie and Rita. (When looking for a new animal companion, I highly recommend this shelter, and in general hope others always think of A shelter rather than a pet store. If you can't take in a kitty, please consider donating to this or other fine shelters!)

I graduated from Carroll College in May 2005 with a double major in Computer Science (with an emphasis in Information Systems) and Communication (with an emphasis in Journalism). I am still looking for a job that aligns better with my degrees and interests.

For those interested, I am a cusper living on the verge of Taurus and Gemini. The Chinese would refer to me as a metal cock. Those who know me well (or even some who only know me a smidgen) would agree I don't fit my Chinese zodiac.

-REGARDING MY FRIENDS LIST-
If you like what you see, FEEL FREE TO ADD ME to your list, but DO NOT EXPECT ME TO ADD YOU BACK. While I used to control who I added back a bit more so that I could read all my friends posts, every day, and do so without the aid of filters, I currently *DO* use filters to read daily. I value my time as well as my friends, and therefore I have a large "friends list," but read a select list of people daily. I still skim everyone else from time to time, but I know I just don't have the time to read everyone as I have before. In good news, this means you are more likely to at least be added back to my list (not that this really should be a big deal either). Whether or not you are added, and whether or not you are on my daily filter list, please realize IT IS NOTHING PERSONAL.

The same goes for unfriending or changing the status of which filter you are on (click to see if you are on the DAILY or SKIM... if I have friended you, but you can't see either post or both, let me know because I have messed up). From time to time I try to clear out my friends list, and rearrange my filters. If you see your name disappear from the list or you have changed filters, in almost ALL cases, you haven't offended me or done something wrong. Likely, I just do not have the time to read my list the same as I previously was. If, for some reason, removing you is damaging to your psyche, let me know and I probably will even add you back.

Also note that I hardly ever write friends-only posts. If you list me as a friend, and I don't list you back, you ARE NOT MISSING MUCH in terms of posts you are not allowed to see. Trust me, the little bit you may miss isn't that important. ^_~

I never felt like I had to add this bit to my bio, but as my friends list became more unweildly and wildly fluctuating, it seemed necessary.
